- We can cancel an order and return your payment only before your package is sent out.

- If an order has already been sent or delivered to you, cancellation is not available.
There is a risk that an order will be stuck at customs or get lost on its way to you. We strive to minimize these risks, but we cannot control the operation of postal services. Still, we offer several solutions to such situations:
- If your order is stuck somewhere or gets lost, we will reship it within the shortest possible term. But, in the case of certain directions, we cannot guarantee safe delivery. Hence, we send out orders only if a customer agrees to take all the risks. If an order does not arrive, we will not be obliged to reship it or to make a refund. Still, if a package gets lost two or more times, we can discuss the possibility of reshipping individually.

Compensation for damaged goods
In case you open a package and see that some product has been damaged during shipping, you have the right to seek compensation.
- First of all, make photos of a damaged item. Then, get in touch with our support specialist using the contact page on our website, email, Whatsapp, or Telegram.
- In case it turns out that damage has been associated with our fault, we will compensate for your expenses.
